I was issued a contract, but it did not have my correct name. After one week of asking for the contract to be corrected, I was sent 3 others with the wrong name before being told to ignore all of the ones sent and look for a corrected one. It was sent on a Monday. I was told by Cory that I would need to reach out to Kathy about tile choices as they are not listed on the site at cost and upcharges may occur. I called and emailed everyday of the week to find that Kathy was out of the office. She called at 11:11 Monday and left a message. I returned the call after leaving work and expected them to start the job today! They never called to confirm start time and when I spoke to them Kathy screamed at me about not getting the contract signed. I reminded her she did not have my info correct and that I waited a week for her to fix the contract. She then told me she would be canceling the contract. So here I am.....another person who tried to use Gorilla Pool, but their unprofessionalism, inability to correctly issue a contract under the correct name, and lack of responsibility for their actions is remarkable. I would KEEP searching. It is not worth the headache! I am certain I have been blessed and dodged a disaster. I should have trusted the reviews that stated these EXACT same events.

Kathy and Cory were amazing, completed our pebbletec replacement on fast track to accommodate sale of house. Provided detailed input on process, answered all questions posed by buyers. Finished product is amazing and satisfies all buyers very detailed concerns.

Great experience! Including everyone involved and great communication with Kathy and Corey .. And thank you for the entire crew for an amazing job. Love our new tile and pebble-tech. Also, what a great feature to add the automation to control everything electronically from an app!Highly recommend! Thank you again For everything from start to finish!

Gorilla Pools did a fantastic job on our pool and pool area. Cory the owner came out and gave us an estimate and went over everything with us and gave us options. They did our pebble tech then added concrete to pool area and for gazebo. Then they resurfaced entire area. It looks awesome. Kathy handles all office and billing and Cory is always available during project. I highly recommend them.

Had my pool tile replaced. Work was completed in 1 week and looks great!! Thank you for everything!! Great job!
